| Where does airzone broadband offer their broadband service? |
 We are offering wireless connections primarily around the Brentwood, Kelvedon Hatch, Doddinghurst and Ongar ares. We are specifically targeting areas that are not able to receive ADSL. Please see our coverage map in the Services section for further details. |

| What equipment will I need? |
| The equipment required will depend on the type of installation we carry out for you. In most cases it will require a small externally mounted 802.11b radio that is enclosed in an external box along with a small antenna. Airzone Broadband will supply the equipment as part of the set-up fee. |
| How is the service supplied? |
| We use the 802.11b wireless protocol to supply the service from our central node. |
| Do I need any kind of special software on my PC? |
| No. Our system works independently of any software on your PC. All we will need to do is configure your PC network settings to talk to your new WiFi radio. |
| Do you need a minimum number of customers in a given area to offer wireless broadband? |
| Yes. To make it cost effective for us to supply a node in your area, we need a minimum number of registrations. As demand for our service grows, we will be adding many nodes around the area. |
| Do I need a BT phone line to make this work? |
| No. Our service works independently to any phone lines that you may or may not have. |
